Created by… Leadership Group provides coaching and advocacy for C-Suite executives, senior management, leadership teams, entrepreneurs, and creative artists. For those in career transition, we offer an intensive twelve week period of assessments, advocacy, and coaching tools, and a 90 day onboarding executive coaching engagement.

Created by… for Teens and Young Adults provides coaching and leadership development and coaching for teens age 16 and up…. Investing in our future executives with the tools of executive coaching is just that— an investment in the future…

Created by… recognizes that all of us started out with an operating system set to “survive mode”— a mode that we first adopted as children which enabled us to withstand life’s struggles and allow us to, well, survive… There is nothing wrong with survival mode. There are millions of people who lived their entire lives in survive mode— without conscious intention, without self-awareness, without tools to break habits, without a personal system of accountability… But what we have encountered is that it is very difficult to improve and make any substantial change when in survive mode.

In order to improve and make sustainable long-lasting change, one needs to develop a different kind of operating system- set to “thrive mode”. A system based on three buckets: Awareness- from a conscious intent, Alignment— from a creator mindset, and Accountability- from purpose put into practice.

OUR EXPERIENCE IN THE CREATIVE ARTS

Our creative mindset coaching process comes from our combined forty years creating film and television in Hollywood. We’ve developed and adapted our storytelling tools from collaborations with Emmy and Oscar winning writers, directors, and showrunners. We helped build the careers of billion dollar creators. We’ve managed top talent, produced TV shows and movies, and ran production companies at CBS, ABC, and 20t Century Fox. Our clients include producers, television creators, writers, and directors of movies from ELF to the Marvel Universe to shows like CSI and MODERN FAMILY.
